Dmitriy Pleshkov is a venture investor and the founder of PROFUSE CAPITAL. He has led over 30 venture transactions and completed several successful exits, with eight years of experience in private markets — structuring, negotiating, and executing secondary deals. Dmitriy also advises other private companies on investing in the secondary market, sharing his experience and expertise with them.
He works closely with founders on fundraising, growth, and strategic decisions. His current focus is on late-stage investments in AI, Physical AI, Robotics, Fintech, and SaaS companies. Over the course of his career, he has built an extensive network of partners — many of whom have become friends — and has facilitated approximately $50 million in transaction volume across more than 20 privately held companies.
